Workplace Events Lead

This role is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and management of workplace events, reception, and front-of-house operations at Autodesk's Bangalore location. It involves managing internal staff, vendors, event spaces, and budgets to deliver high-quality, branded experiences. The role also includes managing communications related to workplace events and continuous improvement of services.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for all workplace-related aspects of event strategy, planning, execution, customer interface, vendor management, event space management, and resourcing for events for Pan India with a primary focus on Bangalore
  2. Ensure alignment, consistency, and scalability of onsite and offsite events and experience programming in Bangalore
  3. Oversee and manage Workplace event spaces, including the Autodesk Conference Experience (ACE), ensuring spaces are programmed, maintained, and operated to support high-quality meetings and events
  4. Manage and develop the reception team, ensuring exceptional guest, employee, and visitor experiences
  5. Partner with Communications Manager & Site Council to develop and manage employee-facing communications related to workplace events, experiences, and services, including content for internal channels such as a workplace blog
