This role is for a Workplace Experience lead in London for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company. The primary responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the London office, fostering office culture, supporting events, and serving as the main point of contact for the local team and visitors. The role requires strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. While the company is AI-focused, this specific role is operational and not directly involved in AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the local team and all new joiners, welcoming people to the space and ensuring everyone – staff, guests, and candidates – feels at home from day one.
  2. Manage daily logistics including post, communal areas, meeting room readiness, and vendor coordination (cleaners, catering, maintenance) to maintain a world-class environment.
  3. Drive the vibe of the space through snack and coffee selections, team lunches, birthday celebrations, and social rituals that make the office somewhere people love to be.
  4. Help execute on-site events such as AI hackathons and evening meetups, while providing a warm and professional welcome experience for all external guests and partners.
