Workplace Experience Manager

The company develops and sells an AI platform for customer experience, including conversational AI agents and human agent augmentation. This role is for a Workplace Experience Manager, responsible for the strategy, operations, and evolution of global workplace facilities and employee experience programs. The role involves portfolio management, real estate strategy, workplace strategy development, property management, workplace safety and compliance, operations, employee experience programs, events, and vendor management. It requires 7+ years of experience in global workplace experience or related functions, preferably in a high-growth tech environment, and a strong in-office presence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee the operations of all global Cresta offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality workplace experience while balancing local needs and regional nuances.
  2. Lead lease renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions in partnership with Finance and Legal, ensuring our workplace footprint supports business growth.
  3. Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns physical spaces, employee experience programs, and business needs as the company scales. Lead office build-outs, renovations, and improvement projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  4. Build strong partnerships with property managers, landlords, and service providers to ensure our offices operate efficiently and effectively.
  5. Own Cresta's global workplace safety strategy, including emergency preparedness, site-specific safety programs, and regulatory compliance. Partner across the business to ensure workplace safety requirements, accommodations, accessibility considerations, and employee support needs are appropriately addressed across all office locations.
