This role is for a Workplace Experience Manager in New York City, responsible for ensuring an excellent daily experience for colleagues by managing the physical environment, food & beverage, events, budget, and office logistics. What you'd actually do

  1. Create an amazing daily experience for our NYC WRITER colleagues and their guests
  2. Manage inventory to ensure the office is well equipped with snacks, beverages, supplies
  3. Maintain NYC office budget and ensure financial stewardship and high ROI for our spend
  4. Organize and support internal and external company events and meetings including our new hire onboarding program and our weekly global All Hands
  5. Own space and capacity planning and continually enhance office layout and seating plan

Skills

Required

  • Previous experience as an office manager, administrator, or similar role
  • Great customer service and hospitality mindset, friendly and approachable
  • Strong attention to details that impact employee experience
  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates and resolves issues
  • Excellent at prioritization, time management, and juggling of many tasks
