This role is for a Workplace Manager at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. The manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences in their Arvada office, ensuring operations run smoothly, and contributing to a positive and engaging culture. This includes office operations, event support, employee experience initiatives, and onboarding logistics. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of experience in workplace coordination or operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure the office is consistently clean, organized, well-stocked, and fully functional through regular walkthroughs and proactive issue resolution.
  2. Support the planning and execution of workplace events, including logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and teardown.
  3. Help deliver a positive, inclusive workplace by supporting engagement initiatives, team events, and day-to-day employee needs.
  4. Prepare workspaces and coordinate logistics for new hires and visiting employees to ensure a seamless experience from day one.
  5. Contribute to continuous improvements across the office, helping create a dynamic environment that reflects Crusoe’s culture and values.

Skills

Required

  • 2–3+ years of experience in workplace coordination, office operations, or similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to manage daily office operations with consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable shifting between tasks as needs evolve.
  • Effective communicator who works well across teams and builds strong working relationships.
  • Experience managing logistics, maintaining organized spaces, and ensuring a safe, functional workplace.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and improve processes.
  • Genuine interest in creating a workplace where employees feel supported, engaged, and excited to be onsite.
