What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at a site/country level. Work with the Business Partner to anticipate the business needs, provide insights, obtain local business strategy, and work with the Regional Workplace Lead and wider Places team so that the right decisions and solutions are made at the right time
  2. Work with the Business Partner, Global Strategy & Planning (GSP&T) Portfolio Planner and Design & Construction (D&C) Program Manager, Places Communication and drive collaboration under #oneuber to ensure strategies, projects and budgets are delivered to the requirements of the stakeholders
  3. Ensure the portfolio of properties within your designated responsibility continues to provide a great experience for employees and visitors
  4. Manage and execute local and regional activities and initiatives based on Regional Workplace Lead direction
  5. Assist in the rollout of new global projects, programs and initiatives impacting the designated area of responsibility

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace or facilities management
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Over 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large-scale corporate environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written, with an ability to create presentations for executive decision-making
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Strong knowledge of workplace service standards and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with workplace services and office management best practices
  • Proficiency in using workplace management software tools
  • Experience in managing outsourced service providers
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment
