Robinhood is seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist to manage daily office operations, support employees, and ensure smooth functioning of office spaces across various locations. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing expenses, planning events, and maintaining office organization to create a productive and welcoming environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage daily office operations, including coordinating with building management, handling maintenance requests, and maintaining inventory of supplies
  2. Track office expenses and support budget management by monitoring forecasts and actual spend
  3. Plan and support employee events, onboarding activities, and office programs that strengthen employee engagement
  4. Oversee vendor services such as meals, snacks, office supplies, and facility maintenance to ensure consistent service quality
  5. Maintain office organization and functionality, including furniture updates, asset tracking, and cleanliness standards

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination, hospitality, or event management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort serving as a primary point of contact within an office environment
  • Clear problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying issues and implementing practical solutions
  • Experience organizing in-person and virtual events or team activities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail across multiple priorities
