Jane Street is seeking an experienced and strategic Workplace Services and Experience APAC Lead to oversee their workplace functions in Hong Kong and Singapore. This senior leadership role requires strong people management, strategic vision, and the ability to foster collaboration across regions and teams. The lead will be responsible for setting strategic direction, mentoring a multi-office team, managing vendor relationships, overseeing budgets, and championing the company culture. The role also involves supporting new office builds and ensuring seamless operations, with opportunities for international travel and immersion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Setting the strategic direction for our Workplace Services and Experience team across Hong Kong, Singapore and our growing footprint in the region, in close partnership with global WS leadership
  2. Building, mentoring and motivating a multi-office team spanning our Operations, Food and Front of House teams
  3. Acting as the primary conduit between our APAC WS teams and our London and New York counterparts, ensuring alignment, knowledge-sharing and consistent global standards
  4. Leading vendor strategy across the region: sourcing, selecting, partnering with and managing third-party providers (catering, cleaning and others) to deliver excellent service and value
  5. Supporting the build-out and opening of new APAC spaces as our footprint grows, partnering with our Engineering, IT and other internal teams

Skills

Required

  • Leading workplace services, hospitality, office management or a closely related function (ideally across multiple sites and/or markets)
  • People management: built, developed and motivated teams, comfortable leading through other managers, bring out the best in people across different cultural contexts
  • Strategic thinking: set direction, prioritise across competing demands, turn ideas into operational reality
  • Building strategic vendor partnerships
  • Financial acumen
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a flat, fast-moving environment with little hierarchy

  • Fluent in English
