Seeking a Creative Technologist to build reusable standards, templates, and production practices for end-to-end participant lifecycle communications (email, in-portal/in-app, education, microsites) within JPMorgan Chase's Workplace Solutions. This role involves translating complex financial concepts into engaging, compliant experiences, partnering across teams, and optimizing through data and experimentation. Requires strong HTML/CSS for email, experience with communications platforms, and a portfolio demonstrating design and production execution. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and maintain reusable standards (components, patterns, and guidance) for lifecycle communications and experiences
  2. Build and evolve modular templates/assets reusable across campaigns, messaging, education, and microsite experiences
  3. Implement and continuously improve QA practices and repeatable production protocols to reduce defects and delivery risk
  4. Design and prototype lifecycle journeys that span communications, education, and lead generation
  5. Translate complex equity compensation and financial concepts into intuitive user journeys, content structures, and visual narratives
