Responsibilities
- Assess threats to users from new technologies GenAI and design appropriate safeguards in advance.
- Understand abuse that can come from new GenAI features and how to mitigate it.
- Define safety and abuse prevention strategy that balances short-term needs to ship quickly and long-term goals to scale globally.
- Collaborate with data science to develop a comprehensive set of metrics to measure product safety and the impact of spam and abuse on our products and users.
- Work across research and engineering teams to build ML signals, techniques, and infrastructure to protect users including enterprise customers.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in full-lifecycle product management and product delivery.
- 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
- Experience working in a safety, abuse-fighting, or integrity role at an enterprise software company.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience launching AI or ML products or features, partnering with both operations, analytics, data science, and engineering.
