Wpm- C4 Production Line Coordinator Technician Contract (swing Shift)

Intel Intel · Semiconductors · New Mexico, Albuquerque, United States

This role is a Production Line Coordinator Technician in a wafer fab at Intel. The primary responsibilities involve identifying and eliminating barriers to tactical execution, managing line limiters, optimizing line management, WIP management, and Critical Queue Time (CQT). The role requires understanding production systems, analyzing lot flow and tool performance data, and collaborating with module teams. It is a contract position with a swing shift schedule.

What you'd actually do

  1. Line limiters identification and tracking, drumbeat adjustments and monitoring, queue time loop management, coordinating tool and loop downtime in collaboration with the modules.
  2. Line management and optimization: Interpret segment graphs and utilize key features of multiple reports to manage the line. Apply manufacturing concepts to monitor utilization and indicators to support of velocity metrics.
  3. WIP management: Execute process lockouts, interpret Lot Dispatch, and understand key tools' run rules to manage wafer movement. Determine lot properties and attributes to facilitate addressing issues. Identify static WIP and escalate to factory stakeholders per spec.
  4. Critical Queue Time (CQT): Understand and manage CQT loops to ensure quality expectations are met. Understand Lot Dispatch for CQT information, interpret CQT dashboard and reports, explain CQT start and end, and identify when QEF is required for CQT misses. Demonstrate and apply knowledge of CQT loop control methods and identify which module owns CQT execution and staging operations.
  5. Identify segment loops and review loop release history to understand constraints and throttles for CQTs. Resolve throttles, and escalate to correct key stakeholders.
