This role is for a Learning & Development Manager within Apple's Sales organization, focusing on strategy, design, and execution of leadership development programs. The manager will lead a team, partner with business leaders and the People Team, and oversee global program operations. The role requires strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on improving employee effectiveness and aligning programs with talent development priorities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy, design, and continuous evolution of the organization’s flagship leadership programs, ensuring program relevance and translating expectations into practical skills
  2. Lead a team of program managers responsible for the planning and development of program roadmaps and special projects that facilitate key initiatives across Apple’s Sales organization
  3. Ensure business operations run seamlessly and the Apple experience is exceptionally delivered through your committed leadership and role modeling
  4. Provide encouragement and support to team members, including communicating individual and team goals, identifying areas for mentoring and guidance, and implementing development programs to elevate skills and knowledge
  5. Identify opportunities to integrate development into the daily flow of work, not just formal learning moments
