Seeking a Communications Lead for Xbox in the APAC region to shape the brand's presence and player growth. What you'd actually do

  1. Set the strategic north star for Xbox communications across APAC — defining where we focus, how we show up, and what success looks like in each market.
  2. Act as the senior communications leader for APAC, serving as a trusted advisor to regional and global leadership on reputation, cultural dynamics, regulatory environments, and market‑specific opportunities or risks.
  3. Lead, develop, and inspire a geographically distributed team, setting clear expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability models that enable consistent excellence across markets.
  4. Drive integrated storytelling across media, creators, social, and owned channels, ensuring culturally relevant narratives that deepen brand affinity, trust, and player engagement. Creativity and experimentation are encouraged.
  5. Establish and govern agency strategy and investment, overseeing partner selection, performance, and budget management to ensure high‑impact execution and strong ROI.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in communications or related field
