Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

This role is a retail sales position focused on selling Comcast/Xfinity products and services directly to customers in a retail environment. Responsibilities include evaluating customer needs, making recommendations, providing customer service, explaining account statements, processing service requests, and acting as a brand ambassador. The role requires strong communication, sales, and technical knowledge of Comcast products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating the customer’s potential product needs, and making appropriate recommendations.
  2. Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
  3. Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
  4. Answering any questions, customers have on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing all general service requests.
  5. Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years related experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
  • Ability to stand and move about the store constantly
