Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant (part-time)

This is a retail sales role focused on selling Comcast/Xfinity products and services to consumers. Responsibilities include customer engagement, product demonstration, meeting sales targets, and providing customer service. The role requires a high school diploma and involves direct customer interaction in a retail environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
  2. Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
  3. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
  4. Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
  5. Answering any questions customers have on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing all general service requests.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.
