This role focuses on providing in-person customer support for mobile devices and services within a retail environment. Responsibilities include device activation, troubleshooting, customer education on product features and accessories, and assisting with operational tasks to ensure a positive customer experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide a white-glove experience activating new devices or BYOD to the network.
  2. Guide customers through tablet setup and connectivity options.
  3. Support activation and pairing of wearable devices for seamless use.
  4. Educate customers on accessories and add-ons that enhance their experience and drive incremental revenue.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues.
