This role is a customer-facing position focused on providing technical and operational support for mobile devices and services within a retail store environment. Responsibilities include device activation, customer education, troubleshooting complex issues, processing transactions, and assisting with store operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide a white-glove experience activating new devices or BYOD to the network.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues.
  3. Assist customers in securing accounts, replacing lost or stolen devices, and navigating access recovery.
  4. Support store resets for proper merchandising and operational readiness.
  5. Maintain visual standards and product placement for optimal customer experience.
