This role is a retail service associate focused on customer experience for mobile products and services. Responsibilities include device activation, customer education, troubleshooting, and sales support. It is not an AI/ML development role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide a white-glove experience activating new devices or BYOD to the network.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues.
  3. Assist customers in securing accounts, replacing lost or stolen devices, and navigating access recovery.
  4. Fulfill Xfinity Mobile on-demand deliveries and BAPIS pickups by staging orders accurately, ensuring smooth handoff, and identifying opportunities to upsell accessories or add-ons.
  5. Support store resets for proper merchandising and operational readiness.
