This role is responsible for guiding callers to the appropriate party based on their need and the relevant policy or claim, and performing basic clerical duties. Key responsibilities include establishing connections with customers to gather information for first notice of loss claims, providing an overview of the claims process, screening and routing calls, obtaining and providing file information, documenting claims, assisting with scheduling inspections and rental cars, remaining empathetic, and using online resources to assist customers.

This role is responsible for managing loss draft and property damage claims, including reviewing documents, evaluating claim files, and processing fund disbursements. It involves responding to customer inquiries and ensuring adherence to procedural guidelines and service level agreements.
