Focus on defining strategy, product direction, and measurable outcomes for AI-augmented schema conversion, unified migration tooling, and expanded database source coverage.

This role focuses on integrating Salesforce with external systems, including implementing AI-enabled workflows using LLM API integrations within middleware. The manager will design, build, and maintain these integrations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Key responsibilities include data migrations, establishing integration reliability frameworks, and optimizing API performance. The role also involves owning integration documentation and troubleshooting cross-system issues, with a focus on AI governance like rate limiting and cost monitoring.
