Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with Account Executives and Executive Leadership to communicate and demonstrate the value of their AI technology to enterprise and government customers. This role involves understanding customer problems, mapping them to Cohere solutions, owning the technical relationship, leading customer pilots, and acting as a liaison between customers and the product team. The Solutions Architect will also provide guidance on best practices, identify platform improvements, and cultivate technical champions within customer organizations.

This role focuses on the end-to-end deployment of Cohere's North AI workspace platform in private cloud and on-premises environments for enterprise clients. The Forward Deployed Engineer will partner with client IT teams to assess infrastructure, design deployment strategies, and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring secure and compliant integration of AI into sectors like finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
