Gong is seeking a Director, GTM Systems & Infrastructure to build and lead the systems, automations, and data infrastructure for their Go-To-Market organization. This role focuses on AI, automation, internal tooling, and data orchestration to accelerate revenue by transforming GTM operations. The Director will design and scale the technical backbone connecting GTM systems, workflows, and data to create intelligent, automated processes. Responsibilities include building the Revenue Engineering Function, designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, owning automation and workflow orchestration, creating internal tools, managing revenue data infrastructure, and leading internal innovation initiatives using Gong's own products.

This role focuses on building and maintaining data models and a self-service analytics AI framework, including semantic modeling and tooling architecture, to enable the analytics community. It involves partnering with Data Ops to develop a semantic layer and agents for faster, more interpretable insights, and optimizing data staging.
