This role is for a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, a company focused on open-source observability tools. The role involves partnering with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, own technical engagements, and provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Key activities include delivering presentations, driving product conversations based on customer needs, and contributing to enablement materials like documentation, blog posts, and videos. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with open-source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
