This role is a Senior Customer Support Associate for Lattice, a company that provides a people success platform. The role focuses on supporting enterprise customers through a consultative approach, acting as a partner to Customer Success teams, and driving efficiency within the support team. Responsibilities include supporting customers, partnering with cross-functional teams, supporting the team, and leading by example. Key skills include communication, collaboration, multitasking, prioritization, and product aptitude. Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Jira, and Zoom is a plus. The role is customer-facing and does not involve direct AI/ML development.
