This role focuses on creating and validating instructions for AI-powered robots, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for production. It involves managing a team, defining documentation processes, and tracking quality metrics for instruction sets used in data collection, evaluation, and QA.

Physical Intelligence is building foundation models and learning algorithms for robots. This Business Operations role will work closely with founders and cross-functionally to drive business execution, including partnerships, operations, infrastructure, and deployment. The role requires strong analytical and strategic instincts, comfort with ambiguity, commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience in consulting, finance, or startups is a plus.
