This role is responsible for delivering a differentiated value proposition through premium benefits, curated experiences, and high-touch service, acting as the central orchestrator of the ecosystem to ensure seamless, personalized, and best-in-class experiences across all client touchpoints. The role involves managing vendors, developing service strategies, tracking KPIs, identifying innovation opportunities, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
