Sales Specialist for TASER and Virtual Reality training products and services to government agencies in Canada. This is a quota-carrying, external field position responsible for developing account strategies, building a sales pipeline, increasing market awareness, managing proposal responses, and cultivating customer relationships. Requires a proven track record in sales, public safety experience, and technical acumen in cloud/SaaS solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment, particularly in public safety, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Deep understanding of municipal procurement processes, public safety technology, and the ability to navigate complex deals.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into innovative Axon solutions, helping agencies enhance public safety, officer accountability, and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and (preferably) digital evidence management systems. Experience working with public safety IT leaders to drive cloud and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally within an organization to deliver comprehensive, high-impact customer solutions.
  • Experience working with law enforcement or public safety
