Account Executive responsible for increasing software sales and driving expansion across a territory of SMB accounts. This role involves building and managing a sales pipeline, executing a solution-based sales process, developing new opportunities with existing customers, and expanding Smartsheet's footprint.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas within your book of business
  2. Execute a solution-based sales process including multiple internal and external stakeholders within SMB or equivalent accounts (200 to 500 employee size)
  3. Develop and prospect new opportunities with existing customers in your territory by analyzing and identifying high-value needs across multiple departments and lines of business
  4. Leverage existing relationships to expand Smartsheet's footprint and drive revenue or growth during renewals
  5. Expand Smartsheet brand awareness at the c-suite, operational and team level
