Account Executive, Latam - Dedrone

This is an Account Executive role focused on selling Axon products and services to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in Latin America. The role requires managing and growing revenue, developing account strategies, building senior-level relationships, and providing technical and administrative product information. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required, along with a strong track record in software sales and CRM experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectives
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  3. Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions
  4. Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts
  5. Focus on customer's satisfaction, know the customer's business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accounts

Skills

Required

  • Fluent English, Spanish & Portuguese
  • Extensive demonstrable track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
  • Relationship / consultative selling experience
  • Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
