Account Executive responsible for the full sales cycle of Axon's hardware, software, and service solutions to small city law enforcement agencies. This is a quota-carrying role with commission upside, focused on building long-term customer relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the entire sales cycle for a defined territory, from prospecting and discovery through close and expansion
  2. Manage a book of business focused on small city law enforcement agencies (16–40 sworn officers)
  3. Drive pipeline through a balanced mix of outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
  4. Build relationships with key law enforcement stakeholders and decision-makers
  5. Deliver tailored product demonstrations via phone, web conferencing, and onsite visits

Skills

Required

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying, commission-driven role
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and longer sales cycles
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
