Booking.com is seeking an Account Manager with travel or hotel sales experience for their Palma de Mallorca office. The role involves managing relationships with accommodation partners, providing business insights, training them on Booking.com's systems and products, and representing the company at events. What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business;
  2. Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. visiting accommodations, contacting on regular basis);
  3. Acting on leads, partner feedback and information on competitor activity;
  4. Able to translate statistics and insights about Booking.com's competitors as well as local market knowledge into relevant actions;
  5. Responsible for providing trainings to accommodations about the online reservation systems;
