What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate vendor invoice processing and vendor payment functions for assigned entities.
  2. Maintain accounts payable vendor files in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
  3. Maintain vendor master files, including banking, tax, and contact details.
  4. Assist Manager with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures and reporting schedules.

Skills

Required

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting function
  • PO/matching (2-way and 3-way) experience
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
