Acquisition Account Executive, Mid City

This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on expanding Axon's ecosystem adoption within existing TASER-only customers. The Account Executive will introduce and sell Axon's broader portfolio of devices and cloud software, build senior-level relationships, and drive long-term partnerships. Success requires a hunter mindset, consultative selling skills, and the ability to articulate complex solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow revenue and market share at TASER-only agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive expansion into Axon’s ecosystem.
  3. Build and execute account strategy by collaborating with account teams to deliver tailored, relevant value propositions.
  4. Cultivate relationships across agency stakeholders and ensure effective service delivery.
  5. Maintain deep knowledge of customer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes to align Axon solutions.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years’ experience in a full cycle Sales role with the ability to demonstrate sales quota attainment and success
  • Salesforce of equivalent CRM experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of Field Sales exp preferred
  • A drive to hunt and grow your territory
