B2B Marketing Specialist responsible for initiating, developing, executing and optimizing marketing initiatives for Booking.com for Business, focusing on customer activation and retention through lifecycle and customer marketing, email marketing, and product marketing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Initiate, scope and execute marketing campaigns and deliverables that contribute to customer acquisition, activation and retention targets
  2. Manage online paid marketing channels: propose, plan and implement paid marketing campaigns to activate and retain users
  3. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external agencies and partners to optimize the customer journey and develop workflows for onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn prevention sequences.
  4. Build and support implementation of foundations, such as automations and frameworks, to drive scale and impact
  5. Continuously optimise through experimentation and documenting results and learnings
  6. Conduct/ utilize research and data analysis to measure effectiveness, identify trends and use insights to drive continuous optimizations

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years experience in B2B marketing at scale across regions and languages
  • Experience with Google Display Network, GTM, GA4, Google Ads retargeting, including event tracking, audience building and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM technologies
  • Hands-on experience building and managing email campaigns at a global scale
  • Experienced using a variety of analytics tools/platforms and the ability to extract actionable insights from data
  • Fluency in English is essential
