Booking.com is seeking a Business Operations Associate for their Flights team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing processes, supporting partner-facing activities, managing projects, and driving change management to ensure the department operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong operational, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in process improvements and working with external partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and drive the set-up, kick-off and execution of new/improved business as usual processes between B.com Flights, internal stakeholders and our Strategic Partner
  2. Support all partner facing activities with our strategic partner
  3. Own the collection, analysis and action plan for partnership health topics
  4. Drive process improvements
  5. Drive change management within the Flights department to adopt new processes and ways of working

Skills

Required

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience of process improvements and change management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing at management level (up to Director)
  • Strong communication skills
