This role supports reseller sales motions by acting as the main point of contact for partnership teams, providing product knowledge, resolving sales inefficiencies, and maintaining sales documentation. It involves coordination, problem-solving, and administrative tasks related to sales operations and commission processing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the main point of contact for US and Canadian partnership teams, responding to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes
  2. Build and maintain strong working relationships with resellers and sales teams
  3. Provide product knowledge, pricing information, sales collateral, and technical guidance
  4. Work with internal teams across the business to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers
  5. Identify recurring problems and partner with management to implement lasting solutions
