Channel Sales Support Agent (reseller)

This role is a Channel Sales Support Agent for Block's reseller sales motion, supporting resellers and the partnership management team. The agent will be the go-to person for ensuring they have the necessary resources to sell and onboard products to local sellers in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include acting as a main point of contact, building relationships, providing product knowledge and sales collateral, resolving sales inefficiencies, identifying recurring problems, maintaining sales documentation, processing commission calculations, and keeping systems updated. Requires 1-2 years in sales support or similar, CRM experience, proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools, and familiarity with B2B sales processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the main point of contact for US and Canadian partnership teams, responding to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes
  2. Build and maintain strong working relationships with resellers and sales teams
  3. Provide product knowledge, pricing information, sales collateral, and technical guidance
  4. Work with internal teams across the business to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers
  5. Identify recurring problems and partner with management to implement lasting solutions

Skills

Required

  • 1–2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support/implementation, or customer service
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
