What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic thought partner to the COO/CFO, helping to set priorities, sharpen decisions, and ensure alignment across finance and operations leadership
  2. Own and orchestrate key operating cadences- including M/QBRs, leadership offsites, hackathons, org-wide engagement, and cross-functional planning- ensuring they are purposeful, well-prepared, and drive real outcomes
  3. Lead preparation of board materials, earnings communications, and executive presentations, synthesizing complex financial and operational narratives into clear, compelling content
  4. Manage internal and external media engagements for the CFO/COO, including media interviews, conference appearances, customer events, and other public-facing moments
  5. Drive internal communications and organizational engagement on behalf of the CFO/COO- including authoring newsletters, content-creating, coordinating quarterly all-hands, and designing creative ways to recognize and engage with a diverse organization
