What you'd actually do

  1. Own a portfolio of strategic programs that enable Agility’s humanoid leadership, ensuring executional discipline, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery.
  2. Establish operating cadence, program reviews, and executive reporting frameworks in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and program teams.
  3. Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of engineering programs and work collaboratively with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) that report into the engineering organization to ensure efforts are synchronized with enterprise-level strategic priorities.
  4. Establish program governance frameworks, milestones, and KPIs to ensure delivery of high-priority initiatives on time, within scope, and at quality.
  5. Directly engage with the ELT on a regular basis to ensure initiatives remain on track, providing high visibility and accountability for results.
