This role is for a Commercial Operations Analyst at Axon, supporting Sales and Finance teams by structuring complex deals, managing CRM data, and ensuring accurate financial outcomes. It requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, and collaboration across departments. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development but operates within a company that utilizes AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Structure and support complex commercial deals across key accounts, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure efficient delivery and accurate financial outcomes.
  2. Maintain accuracy in Salesforce CRM, including custom contract terms, pricing, and discounting — with heavy use of Salesforce CPQ.
  3. Build deep expertise in Axon's product catalog, bundles, pricing structures, and approval flows — becoming a trusted resource for Sales on deal formats, non-standard quote requests, Excel supplements, and custom reporting.
  4. Analyze existing customer contracts to identify performance obligations, flag risks or gaps proactively, and ensure proper invoicing, documentation, and compliance.
  5. Participate in testing for new product launches and system updates, providing structured feedback as part of test cycles.
