What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Creative Operations Lead in planning, managing, and coordinating brand and creative projects from intake through delivery
  2. Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure projects stay on track and aligned to the brief
  3. Identify gaps in project briefs and leverage research and stakeholder input to clarify direction and requirements
  4. Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines, deliverables, and commitments, proactively flagging risks and driving resolution
  5. Coordinate project kickoffs, syncs, and status check-ins to maintain momentum and visibility across teams

Skills

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or a similar role within a brand, marketing, or creative environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating competing priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana (or similar platforms) and collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Slack
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly connect stakeholders across creative and business teams
