What you'd actually do

  1. Own global R&D Talent Acquisition outcomes with full autonomy, set direction, align executives, and deliver
  2. Operate as an enterprise leader who anticipates issues early, makes decisions fast, and drives closure in ambiguity
  3. Translate business strategy into clear hiring plans, priorities, and capacity models that consistently land
  4. Establish and run an executive operating rhythm that leaders rely on for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and tradeoff decisions
  5. Hold hiring leaders accountable to standards for role clarity, assessment quality, interview discipline, and timely decisions

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of broad TA and/or HR experience including talent management and performance management.
  • Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Proven recruiting leader with meaningful people leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success leading technical hiring, including influencing senior leaders
  • Strong delivery orientation with a track record of getting hiring done in fast changing environments
  • Executive presence
  • Highly data fluent, you use funnel metrics and market data to drive decisions and improvements
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and keep teams moving
  • Known for simplifying messy systems, removing barriers, and building elegant operating rhythms
  • Experience leading recruiting across multiple regions and cultures, working effectively across time zones
  • Experience scaling teams in high growth environments
  • Experience modernizing TA through automation, talent intelligence, and process redesign
  • Strong executive presence with a reputation for truth telling and solutions
