Axon is seeking an Employee Experience & Office Manager for their Seattle office. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, fostering a welcoming environment, planning events, supporting onboarding, managing the office budget, and liaising with vendors and landlords. The ideal candidate has experience in office management, strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners, greeting everyone with warmth and ensuring they feel Axon’s culture the moment they arrive.
  2. Keep the office fully stocked and running smoothly, from everyday essentials to snacks that fuel the team.
  3. Bring Axon culture to life by planning and executing office events, celebrations, and team gatherings that connect people and celebrate milestones.
  4. Welcome new team members and ensure they have a seamless, positive first experience in the Seattle office.
  5. Partner with HR to maintain Axon standards and support a safe, secure, and engaging workplace.
