This role focuses on shaping and delivering a high-quality onboarding and employee experience, specifically managing New Hire Orientation (NHO) programs and supporting broader onboarding and L&D coordination. It involves program execution, operational excellence, and ensuring scalable, consistent processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute New Hire Orientation (NHO) in Seattle, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding, supporting new hires and stakeholders throughout the onboarding process
  3. Manage the L&D inbox, triaging requests and ensuring timely, high-quality responses
  4. Coordinate and oversee vendor partnerships (e.g., Insights Discovery, Predictive Index), including scheduling, logistics, and communication
  5. Support broader onboarding operations, ensuring processes are organized, scalable, and consistently executed

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, onboarding, employee experience, or similar operational roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort managing logistics, vendors, and high-volume requests (e.g., inbox management)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently
