Employee Experience Program Manager II (l&d Focus)

This role is for a Learning & Development Program Manager who will design, build, and deliver learning programs to improve performance, leadership, and employee development across the business, with a primary focus on Vietnam. The role requires strong instructional design, facilitation, program management, and stakeholder partnership skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead learning programs end to end, from needs analysis through design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement
  2. Partner with regional and international stakeholders, with a primary focus on Vietnam, to identify capability gaps and learning priorities
  3. Design and develop learning solutions across multiple formats, including live training, virtual sessions, workshops, and digital learning
  4. Facilitate engaging learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders
  5. Build scalable learning journeys that support onboarding, role development, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, talent development, or a related field
  • Experience managing learning programs from strategy through execution and evaluation
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading both in-person and virtual learning experiences
  • Experience designing content across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • A data-informed approach to evaluating learning effectiveness and improving programs over time
  • Comfort working across regions, cultures, and time zones
  • Proficiency with common learning and content development tools such as PowerPoint, Workday Learning, iSpring, Articulate, Canva, or similar platforms
  • A collaborative, self-directed mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting teams in Vietnam and broader international markets is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
