This role is for an Employee Relations Business Partner at Snap Inc. The primary responsibilities include conducting investigations into employee complaints, managing reasonable accommodation requests, assisting with employee handbook updates and policy development, and partnering on anti-harassment training. The role requires basic knowledge of employment laws and applicable policies, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct thorough investigations of complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation and other complex employee relations matters including preparing investigative reports
  2. Manage reasonable accommodation requests from intake through resolution including leading interactive process discussions and making determinations
  3. Assist with employee handbook updates and rollouts and contribute to policy development
  4. Partner with ER Manager for anti-harassment training and other regulatory training including completion of audits
  5. Prepare, track and maintain ER metrics for accommodations and investigations and assist with reports for senior management
