Enterprise AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer

This role focuses on driving the adoption and measuring the impact of enterprise AI productivity tools within MetLife. The engineer will lead adoption reporting and analytics, manage AI platform licenses, collaborate on training content, oversee the enterprise AI community, and build a knowledge base. The goal is to foster a cultural shift towards AI-powered work across the organization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead adoption reporting and analytics for MetLife’s enterprise AI productivity platform, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and executive-level metrics — translating usage data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform leadership decisions on platform expansion and investment. Strong customer‑focus and empathy; able to understand user pain points and design enablement solutions that drive real adoption.
  2. Manage AI platform license bulk upload and offloading operations, license request workflows, and back billing process maintenance, ensuring accurate and compliant license administration across the enterprise. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executives, technologists, and general end users.
  3. Collaborate with Learning & Development, communications, IT support, and business stakeholder teams to support the creation and delivery of AI productivity platform training content — providing technical guidance during sessions and ensuring materials stay current as the platform evolves and as new AI tools are introduced. Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously (reporting, training, community support, license operations) with strong attention to detail.
  4. Oversee the enterprise AI community (via Viva Engage or equivalent platform) with a strong customer-focus and empathy — surfacing adoption trends, understanding user pain points, and serving as a bridge between end users and the broader AI program team.
  5. Build and continuously improve a comprehensive knowledge base of AI platform support articles, feature rollout confirmations, and helpdesk coordination resources — proactively identifying gaps in enablement and documentation to enable consistent, scalable support across the organization as tools evolve. Continuous improvement mindset; proactively identifies gaps in enablement, documentation, and support processes.
