Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Enterprise Sales Development Representative role focused on outbound lead creation and pipeline generation for Axon's Enterprise solutions. This role partners with Account Executives to drive adoption of products and services in new verticals outside of public safety.

What you'd actually do

  1. Outbound lead creation for commercial markets
  2. Generating interest in the Axon Enterprise solution in target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline
  3. Identifying target prospects based on market, firmographic and product signals
  4. Defining and improving on prospect messaging
  5. Work closely with Marketing, Sales Ops and other cross functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of B2B experience as a SDR/BDR or Sales role
  • Customer-focused
