Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Enterprise Sales Development Representative role focused on lead generation and pipeline building for Axon's enterprise markets. This is a quota-carrying position that partners with Account Executives to drive product adoption and build repeatable sales motions within a startup-like environment within the organization. The role requires a customer-focused, strategic, and creative approach to identifying prospects, defining messaging, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Outbound lead creation for commercial markets
  2. Generating interest in the Axon Enterprise solution in target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline
  3. Identifying target prospects based on market, firmographic and product signals
  4. Defining and improving on prospect messaging
  5. Work closely with Marketing, Sales Ops and other cross functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of B2B experience as a SDR/BDR or Sales role
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and self-sufficient team player
  • Customer-focused, creative, an effective communicator in both written and verbal forms, and analytical by nature
  • Ability to learn a SaaS product and effectively communicate Axon Enterprise’s value to potential customers
  • Self-starter who’s eager to learn while being a core part of building our business from the ground up
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Love working in a fast-paced international environment, take the initiative to get stuff done or try something new, and love sharing your findings with your team to ensure we all benefit from your knowledge
