Enterprise Sales Development Representative

This role is for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative focused on lead generation and building sales pipelines for Axon's Enterprise solutions. It involves partnering with Account Executives, identifying target prospects, defining messaging, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires B2B sales experience, customer focus, and the ability to communicate product value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Outbound lead creation for commercial markets
  2. Generating interest in the Axon Enterprise solution in target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline
  3. Identifying target prospects based on market, firmographic and product signals
  4. Defining and improving on prospect messaging
  5. Work closely with Marketing, Sales Ops and other cross functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of B2B experience as a SDR/BDR or Sales role
  • Customer-focused
  • Creative
  • Effective communicator in both written and verbal forms
  • Analytical
  • Ability to build pipeline in coordination with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing Teams
  • Ability to learn a SaaS product and effectively communicate Axon Enterprise’s value to potential customers
